
Holly received her bachelor degree in social studies teaching from the University of Northern Iowa. She went on to receive her Master’s Degree in Counseling from The University of Phoenix as well as taking many Master Level Counseling Courses at Denver Seminary. She is passionate about education and empowering others.
Her area of clinical focus includes working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, or are going through major transition. She works with both youth and adults. She is trauma and neuroscience informed. She also pulls from Cognitive Behavioral Theory, Psychodynamic Theory, Love and Logic, Mindfulness, and uses many additional evidence based practices.
Colorado is such a wonderful place to live. There are so many ways to experience adventure and life here in Colorado. Holly loves spending time with her family; especially in the great outdoors. She also values community, and she believes that it is important to be connected to community.
